how do I draw the peak of a 2D shape in one dimension, which is the imagesc code?

With Stockwell transfrom, I have the segmentation of filtered abnormal and normal heart sounds, but I want to draw the peaks in one dimension like the attached figure.

For your data: 50 gives a good estimate
The mean and standard deviation (threshold) values can be computed from your calculated values:
Mean_S = mean(SEenv); % Mean value of the energy
Mean_S1 = mean(SEenv1); % Mean value of the energy
STD_S = std(SEenv); % Standard deviation of the energy
STD_S1 = std(SEenv1); % Standard deviation of the energy
