Matlab is unable to compile meshmonk mex on Ubuntu 22.04 with gcc 11

Matlab is unable to compile meshmonk mex on Ubuntu 22.04 with gcc 11. The meshmonk can be downloaded from https://gitlab.kuleuven.be/mirc/meshmonk. I was able to compile it using Matlab and Fedora 38.

The compiled binary should be relatively portable. Did you try using the mex file created on Fedora on Ubuntu?

Also, you didn't actually ask a question. The implicit question seems more suited to the bugtracker of meshmonk. If you want help here, you will have to provide details.

That was not what I asked. I asked whether you tried to use the mex file (which you created on Fedora) on your Ubuntu install.

Let me try a third time.

You have a mex file you created on Fedora. You can access that file. You can probably copy that file to USB drive or upload it somewhere.

You have an Ubuntu installation. You can probably connect a USB drive to it or download files.

What happens when you copy that already compiled file to your Ubuntu install? You will not need to compile on Ubuntu, since you already did that on Fedora.

Use a translator like Google Translate to translate this to your native language if you don't understand.
