How to combine three defined feature vector

Hi Friends. I am doing a project on CBIR .I extracted a feature vector from RGB image. I got 3 feature vector for R G B separately. I want to merge 3 Feature vector into a single feature vector. Please give matlab code example and the Feature vector Size is 96.

using this feature vector how to sorting the images

I don't know. Let's say you have a database of 100 thousand images, and let's say your query is "show me all images of beaches". And let's say that that query would return 200 images of beaches. Now, how would you like those sorted? Which of the 200 beach images would be the first one, and which would be the last one?
