how to debug error in the following code?

there is an error in the main function on line 21 can any help me out to debug it?

Posting some code and an actual error message is useful if you want help. We aren't mind-readers!
Error messages usually give an indication of what is wrong and in this case it is almost certainly something with your input arguments being incorrect.
