filtTx = dsp.FIRFilter('Structure', 'Direct form symmetric', ...
'Numerator', fnorm);
Why This coding show an error?

Hi Mollah,
I understand that you are trying to get a finite impulse response using dsp toolbox but getting some error.
I see that you are using Name Value pair "Structure" and "Numerator" along with the FIRFilter function.
According to the documentation 'Numerator' should be a row vector i.e just one row.
Assign 'fnorm' to a row vector and try running it again.
For more details go through the required documentation - FIRFilter
Please look into the below code for reference:
fnorm = [1 2]; % Making fnorm a row vector
filtTx = dsp.FIRFilter('Structure', 'Direct form symmetric', ...
'Numerator', fnorm)
filtTx =
dsp.FIRFilter with properties: Structure: 'Direct form symmetric' NumeratorSource: 'Property' Numerator: [1 2] InitialConditions: 0 Show all properties
Hope this helps!
