I have an input array 3x125 and a 3x125 matrix output target.
The three variables of the input array will map three variables in the matrix output target.
The values in the input array vary between 0 and 20 and the output array from 10 to 6,800,000.
I am having problems using the command newff since I'm wanting to use the and Levenberg-Marquardt and I can not set up correctly.
Could you help me set up?
Using the command newff I need to use the command trainlm?

Range output = [10 , 6 800 000]. In this range network won't be (or bad) learn.
Scale the output range. For sample. Range output = [10 6,800,000]/10 000 000=[1.0000e-006 , 0.68].
After train or adapt.
Your array = sim (input)* 10 000 000
And set new value for learning rate, goal... etc.
