better way of plotting to analyse

Hi.. I'm plotting std values of 10 frames at a time for 6208 frequencies and repeating the same for every next ten frames.The image in the link shows the plot for std* values of 80 frames

But is not clear to analyze the difference of std value plot for 10 frames.Like this I want to plot for 250 frames. Can anyone suggest how to plot and analyze the difference clearly
