Adding and dividing elements in a 3D array

Hello!
I have an array A = rand(15,5,120);
for each element Nijk I want to add the element below Ni+1,j,k and then divide by 2.
This starts at k and ends at k120.
At the end there should be an array (14,4,120).
thanks a lot for the ideas!

k = 1 ends k = 120 is the 3 dimension of the array
maybe I was not clear in that point, let me try it,
if you sum the first element of one column with the second element and then divide by 2, this result should go in a new array, then the second element sum with the third and divide by 2, this result goes from the first result and so on so then will be 4 values.

I assume that the 4 was a typo, and you meant (14, 5, 120) instead.
