How I can import a variable of my workspace into a line to my guide *.m
function btnSaltaPepper_Callback(hObject, eventdata, handles)
set(handles.truido,'string','Salt & Pepper Noise')
axes(handles.iruido);
J = imnoise(I,'salt & pepper');
imshow(J,'InitialMagnification','fit')
assignin('base','J',J)
I need import I from my workspace for apply the imnoise

I = evalin('base','I');
Provided, that is, that you put I in the base workspace to begin with. There are a lot of other workspaces you might have put it in.
