C2000 microcontroller blocksets

I have an issue regarding the c2000 micrcontroller blocksets for F28379D. When i am running the simulink model using monitor and tune option and visulaizing the real time change that occurs in the simulink model, the program execution slows down after a certain while say suppose 10 min and simulation time starts to change quite slowly and the output displayed on the simulink also halts. Can i get a solution to come out of this issue as i am trying to store my real time output in workspace and after the simulink model working correctly for a certain time it starts storing any random values. Help me sort this issue.
