cannot find downloaded files!

Hi everyone,
I know my question might be rudimentary:
I tried to install the student version of Matlab (r2020b, as I had the setup file), I selected a folder in drive D, I also selected my needed toolboxes and pressed "Install"! then, first it started to download some needed files, in the middle of downlaoding I realized that it was putting those files in drive C!!! my drive C didn't have enough space, so I aborted the download and installation in the middle of downloading!
Now, I cannot find those downloaded files to delete them, and my drive C is even more occupied than before! do you know how I can find them?!

I notice your organization has a campus-wide license, which means you do not have to install the Student Version you maybe bought a few years ago. You can instead install the version (I recommend the newest release, but you also can install R2020b in parallel if you need it for a certain project) provided by your organization.

These download+install programs tend to download file in two locations: your downloads folder and your temp folder. I don't know what R2020b does, but the last Matlab installer I checked put the files in temp.
Deleting all files and folders in your temp folder should not cause any problems (although I would make sure to close all other programs and skip any protected/locked files). You might need to log in again to some programs.
