when using matlab train networks and calculate big matrix with GPU, this error will happen.

On the face of it it does seem like you've hit some kind of bug in CUDA 11. If you can upgrade your MATLAB to a more recent version you should. You might also try downgrading your graphics driver to a CUDA 11 driver (something in the 450s I think?). At the very least get a trial MATLAB upgrade to see if the issue was fixed.

If you cannot troubleshoot this way you will need to raise a tech support query and provide more complete reproduction steps.
