Matlabのアカウント登録についてご質問

ユーザーがMatlabをインストールしようとしたところ、事前のアカウント登録ができなかったとのことです。

具体的にはメールアドレスと名前を入力してもメールが来ずにパスワードも設定できないです。

アカウント登録がうまくいかない時の対処法か、アカウント登録なしでインストールする方法等の
