可以通过CANape导出EXCEL格式

在“Graphic”界面中选择你需要得几个信号，然后另存为Excel表格
需要在File中设置转化规则
File->Converter Options->Excel Export Convert->Time Grid->With fixed time gird-> Time gird in s "0.01"
