Document Browser can't be opened

I installed matlab2024a on ubuntu20.04. When I open document browser, it will let me choose a website(china, us, uk...), and after I choose one, the website will be opened on firefox with the document browser being blank. How can I address this problem?

I suggest the following steps as a workaround to view the documentation page:

1. Clear the cookies and site data for the documentation page in your browser.
2. Reload the page after clearing the data.
3. Set your region to the United States.

Not in wed browser, in doc browser, which opend after typed doc in command window.
