how to feed an IGBT in simulink with pulses where pulses are generated by m-file code?

i am using an embedded matlab function to generate pwm pulses, but when the output of embedded matlab function which is an array is fed to an IGBT , it says error in port width or dimensions. any solutions to this problem?
