Segmentation of aneurysms from 3D TOF-MRA

ACTUALLY I AM TRYING TO SEGMENT ANEURYSMS FROM 3d tof-mra,my aim is to use local features so i have tried to use hessian based frangi filter .but getting some issues can anyone suggest me?

Can you share more about the issue that you are facing? The problem could likely be resolved with better preprocessing and parameter tuning. Alternatively, you could use the following file-exchange submission for assistance:

Actually my input image is already preprocessed using n4 bias field algorithm
