Can I download the latest version of Matlab if I renew the maintenance service?

My maintenance service expired. If I renew it, can I download the latest version of matlab?
I would update my matlab to 2024b, is it necessary to subscribe for a new licence?

Updating Software Maintenance Service gives you the right to update to any version of MATLAB that is released during the time that the SMS is in effect.
Note: you will have to pay the missed SMS retroactively.
