double integral over a curved region using trapz

I'm trying to solve a double integral using the trapezoidal rule. I was told to use this file exchange 2D trapezoidal rule to help solve it and the code

 x = 0:0.1:1;
y = 0:0.1:1;
[X,Y] = meshgrid(x,y);
F = @(x,y) 1;
Z = F(X,Y);
Z(Y > sqrt(1-X.^2)) = 0;

Either the code is not working or I'm just not sure how to get it to work with the function in the file exchange link.
