FOR EXAMPLE ALREADY TRAINLM IS PRESENT. WE HAVE MODIFIED IT PERFORMANCE TO DECREASE THE ITERATION . THAT FUNCTION NAME IS MODTRAINLM. HOW TO INCLUDE THIS MODTRAINLM TRAINFUNCTION IN THE NEURAL NETWORK TOOLBOX
