Hello,
This symptom may be related to a Simulink Data Inspector cache that is too large : this could help
Simulink.sdi.clear

A couple of things to test and consider:
  • Is it only this model, or also other models like demos/examples? How is your model "behaving" at you colleagues' or project partners' installations?
  • Do you bring that up as it was faster in the past and you made changes or have a different release?
  • It seems to work with the model on a network drive. Is it different locally?
  • Can you think of callbacks that cause the delay rather than the model itself?

how to check where use the call back function in the model

I was thinking mainly of model callbacks: https://www.mathworks.com/help/simulink/ug/model-callbacks.html
If your colleageus can open it and it is much faster, then my theory is there is a relation with files on a network drive.
