System Identification Toolbox Fails to Install

I can't install the system identification toolbox.
I checked that I have enough storage and the correct license.
I have tried the add on installer and it fails at 88% but the help docs don't help.
I have also tried installing with Matlab installer and that didn't work.
Someone please help!
