MATLABアプリが起動できない

新しいパソコンを購入し、大学のライセンスを用いてMATLABアプリをインストールした。

インストール直後はアプリを起動することができたものの、一度パソコンの再起動すると添付画像の場面から進まなくなってしまった。何度試しても状況は変わらない。一度アンインストールしたところ、同様にインストール直後のみ起動することができた。

どのような対応が考えられるかご教示願いたい。

Given that you are using a university license, it would be best to contact your university IT admin about this issue.
