Problems to save a script or live script

I have started using matlab online for the first time since 3 or 4 days, but when I open a new script or live script and try to save nothing happens. I have tried to close the script so that it request If I want to save the file and indeed a pop-up window appeared but uppon clicking yes also nothing happens? Can anyone guide me on this, please.Thanks

There have been reported instances of MATLAB Online UI being buggy causing this, but if it's been multiple days and sessions, that's not likely it hasn't been corrected. One workaround for this that has worked on occasion is to use the shortcut Ctrl-S. You might try that and see if joy ensues...guessing, I'd venture it's kost likely is you're trying to save to a directory don't have write permission for -- like the installation folder of the browser you're using.
Make sure you're working in your personal working folder that do have perssions for.
Look at the "Current Folder" panel on the left. Make sure you are inside your personal MATLAB Drive directory. If you are not, right-click the empty space in the file panel, select New Folder, and move your active directory path inside it before saving
