Copilot Chat History Saving

Hello,

I have long conversations with Copilot in MATLAB and would like to keep a record of them.

I know it’s possible to save the chat history as a text file, but I lose all the formatting in the process. It takes a lot of work to reformat everything afterward.

Is it possible to save the chat interactions directly in the format provided by Copilot (which is very clear) or in a format similar to the Live Editor (with prompts and comments separated, code blocks, etc.)?

Hi Jean,

As of now there is no option to export chat history as a formatted file. The only way is to save it as a text file.
