Current waveform not smooth

Hi everyone,

I am simulating a three-phase PMSM traction drive in MATLAB/Simulink. I am observing that the phase current waveforms are quite blocky/stepped rather than smooth and approximately sinusoidal.

I would like to understand what could be causing this behavior and whether it is related to my simulation settings, inverter switching, control strategy, or solver/sample time.

I have attached a photo of the waveform. Also my model has some red lines in it and i am wondering if this is a problem.
