Data Acquisition, From the series: Data-Driven Control - Hardware Setup and Wiring Assistance.

I need some assistance from a hardware perspective in replicating the Data Acquisition experiment performed by Pravallika. Can anyone here help? Fairly new to the Arduino platform so picking the right Driver and Motor without knowing much about the setup is confusing. I'd appreciate any help I can get.
