Do you plan on using MATLAB or Simulink?

In MATLAB, you can use the tf function to make a transfer function. Then, you can string linear systems together and connect them in loops using functions like feedback (this page has nice examples).

In Simulink, there are Transfer Fcn blocks which work very similarly to the MATLAB approach. The Modeling a Continuous System documentation page might be a good start too.
