How to retrieve variables of pop up/edit text in other file?

Hello. I am writing a GUI in some how at one file the user select some variable with pop up button or input the data and in other file I need to plot some graphs based on first file. The problem is I don't know how I recall variable or I save variables at first file. Thank you so much in advance.
