the optimum solutions from GA are always different after I run it in several time, so I wonder that which one is the best solution or how many time should I run it to make sure it the best solution ? thank you very much.

You can never know for sure. However, you can check whether the final fitness value is approximately the same over your multiple runs. If it is, it might simply mean you have multiple global solutions.

The Optimization Toolbox documentation discusses this issue. For ga, you can include a hybrid function to try to help get the best local optimum. But, in general, it is a hard problem to get a global minimum. See also the discussion about an isolated global minimum.
