Can´t Install the MCR in a 32bit Windows

During the installation of the MCR this error shows up: the application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000005. Click OK to close the application

The PC does not have MATLAB installed.

I have tried all the MCR for 32 bit windows in http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/mcr/index.html. Its a windows 7 PC.

Can you help me?
