I would start by looking at this example in SimPowerSystems:
... if you have this tool, you can also type in power_wind_dfig_det in the MATLAB Command Window. In the "DFIG Wind Turbine" block, you can right-click and select "Mask > Look Under Mask" to see many of these things you described in your diagram. Here is a snapshot of the generator and power electronics piece:

Well, the MathWorks model I referred you doesn't seem to do any direct power control. Looks like it just tries to minimize reactive power. There are some papers online that discuss DPC. This seems to be a commonly referenced one:
