My classification app in matlabR2015a is not displaying the percentage values on the generated confusion matrix. What can l do to display the values in the confusion matrix?

Is it your classification app, or is it classificationLearner the Mathworks app for exploring classification?
If it is your classification app, then the problem is on line 19 of the sixth routine.

In a later duplicate posting, the classificationLearner was indicated.
