I applied hough transform and want to automatically determine the coordinates in matlab to put them in a vector(the photo shows the coordinates to determine).and thank you

In order to determine the coordinates automatically, you need a rule about which coordinates are the proper ones. I do not see any rule in your description. Why that location?
