Hello guys!
For example:
This code will insert my name in A1 cell in Excel:
xlswrite('test.xls',{'Aldin'},1,'A1');
Right? But what is if i will to remove my name from A1 cell. Is there a function in MATLAB for removing data from Excel? And also for updating.....
Thanks.

From:
doc xlswrite
I would actually conclude the opposite, and that it can be done easily:
MATLAB converts NaN values to empty cells

I don't know how to delete the contents, but one effective solution might be to write an empty cell:
>> xlswrite('test.xls',{''},1,'A1');

I do not use Excel via MATLAB much, because the functionality is crippled on a Mac. I would NOT conclude that it cannot be done, just based on my one answer.
