Connect oscilloscope via LAN, have installed Tekvisa4.0.4, but still "No Visa drivers detected"

I'd like to control oscillosope(TDS3054C) by MATLAB(R2010b) via LAN. So I installed Tekvisa4.0.4 as it required (it requires 3.3 version or above). But when I create instrument object, it still shows "no visa drivers detected". Is there any step I missed? like install Teckvisa into specific address or something? But the install address of Tekvisa is default.

Are you using the 32 bit version of MATLAB or the 64 bit version of MATLAB ?

I'm using 64 bit version of MATLAB. I uninstalled Tekvisa 4.0.4 and reinstalled 4.1.0, but it cannot be detected either.

yes, I have installed it, but MATLAB cannot detect the visa driver(I think this Tekvisa is the "visa driver" MATLAB mentioned). Then I tried another version Tekvisa4.1.0, but it cannot be detected either.

You cannot do it in your version of MATLAB using 64 bit MATLAB. See my Answer.

R2013a is required for 64 bit support of TekVisa
