How to I write acquired video to disk ?

I am using the ImageAcquisition Toolbox to acquire video data (from a Basler USB3 camera). As the camera is running at 400fps (superspeed USB3) I cannot successfully get the Video to log to disk.

However, I can acquire data to memory without any problem. But once I have acquired 30K frames (into >10Gb memmory) I would like to find a way to write the acquired frames to disk quickly , critically, not by using any frame by frame slow process.

Is there a way of doing this ?
