Convert pixel coordinates from a matrix to geographic coordinates

Hello, I am working on a raster image covered by hundred features I want to extract. I have extracted the pixel coordinates of each feature center and saved it in a new matrix. My question is : how can I convert those pixel coordinates into geographic coordinates?. Thank you for your help, Rdmato33
