how to get the rule selection and threshold output from the Particle swarm optimization (PSO) toolbox

Mathworks does not offer a pso tool box. There are, however, a minimum of three different pso tool box user contributions in the MATLAB File Exchange. People would need to know which of them you are using in order to be able to offer assistance.

among the three tool boxes available in matlab which can be used for biometric applications
