the inverse of transfer matrix with FOPDT elements

i have 3 by 3 transfer matrix with delayed elements (FOPDT element) and i want to find its inverse. I used the symbolic expression (syms s) but when i want to return to tf (s=tf('s')) it is not possible.
any help please
