How can I point to toolbox belonging to a concurrent license from my stand-alone license?

I have a personal R2015a stand alone license, I would like to access to toolboxes available on a concurrent license R2014b managed by my company IT team. We have followed the indication given by Mathworks in a similar thread:
Following indication we have set
LM_LICENSE_FILE="C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015a\licenses\license.lic";27000@sntitfi01npge.genpitfi01.og.ge.com;27000@LICSRV01NPGE.genpitfi01.og.ge.com;27000@HYSYSSERVER1.genpitfi01.og.ge.com
But it didn't work and I still do not see the toolboxes in the concurrent version.
Can you suggest about what shall we check, eventually, in Matlab installation ?

The key issues appear to be the version conflict. Ideally, your company upgrade the license server to your version or higher. Alternatively you can install an older release (like R2014b here) in parallel to your current release.
