how to simulate using monte carlo?

i want to plot the mean response time VS the skew coefficient using Monte Carlo simulation...who can help??? or if any one has a good tutorial about Monte Carlo will you please send me a link?

No tutorial, but I attach some Monte Carlo demos on dealing cards and the Monty Hall paradox.

okay ...thank you soooo much.. i have a project to submit tomorrow, will you please help me????? i will attach the paper below....please just try to help me to plot the figures.

I do not have time to delve into the paper.
Look up the documentation for plot() function in the help.
