copy and use MIRtoolbox

I have a matlab version R2013a, in which there's no in-built MIRtoolbox available. So, I wanted to ask how can i get this toolbox and run this for audio codes in MATLAB. Also, if I would copy MIRtoolbox from some other ersons's computer and then pastein my MATLAB toolbox, is it sufficient enough to use this toolbox?

Noop; the licensing is for the version you have altho if you're paid up you might be able to download products for the previous versions for the license you do have but it's definitely not kosher (nor will it work) to rob from another license/person.

MIRToolbox is third party software, not part of MATLAB. You can obtain it at https://www.jyu.fi/hum/laitokset/musiikki/en/research/coe/materials/mirtoolbox
