How to upgrade Lookup and Lookup 2D blocks to 1-D Lookup Tables and 2-D Lookup tables

I have old Lookup tables in my model and I would like to upgarde them to 1-D and 2-D Lookup tables through a script file. How can I do that? Thanks for the help in advance!
