Using csvwrite() function for a matrix having multiple rows and columns??

would I be able to use csvwrite() function to copy a output matrix containing aroung 100 rows and 30 columns?

A=randi(10,100,30)
csvwrite('file.csv',A)

so csvwrite() would work just like xlswrite() for any number of rows and columns?

No, not any number of rows and columns, it depends on the limits of Excell, and the limits of Matlab,
