eps export pixel problems

Hello,

I am having a problem with eps export of a figure. It tends to reshape my pixels for some reason. It is a 128x128x3 color imagesc plot, with some contour lines thrown on top and some text. On the left is my matlab window, and the right is the resulting eps file. The problem seems to come up the moment I call xlim and ylim. It seems to work fine if I export to pdf instead, but then the files get really large. MAtlab R2015b

What did you set up for the figure properties such as PaperPosition that are shown at http://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/figure-properties.html#zmw57dd0e244017 ?

I imagine it is the default options from using the drop down menu to "save as" eps.
