Upgrade from version 6.5 to 7.0

I have huge system development on 6.5 version and when running on version 7 causing lot of problem. So, any conversion tool available to convert directly instead of running through coding and rectify one by one.

Why upgrade from a truly ancient version to an antique version? Why not just get the latest version?
