What should I do to solve the problem?

When I push the ‘Get Support Package’ to install the package, I got the message that is Error downloading third party software javahidapi: Error executing command "realtime.setup.internal.ev3io_javahidapi_download('http://javahidapi.googlecode.com/files/', 'hidapi-1.1.jar', 'C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2014b\downloads\legomindstormsev3_download')". What should I do to solve the problem?

I'd contact the author of that third party code for help. Where did you find this ‘Get Support Package’ pushbutton?

This seems to be happening for most things stored on googlecode.com . Mathworks is aware of the problem and is working on solving it.

Hi,
I solved this issue by manually downloading hidapi-1.1.jar from https://code.google.com/archive/p/javahidapi/downloads.
Copying the jar file to 'C:\MATLAB\SupportPackages\R2014b\downloads\legomindstormsev3_download' and relaunching the package installer should solve the issue.
Cheers, Roudy
