Why am I getting an "undefined function or variable" error when trying to launch EEGLAB?

I am trying to open the EEGLAB toolbox. I set the path to the EEGLAB toolbox, but it's not letting me set the directory to the file with EEGLAB sample data, and when I type in "eeglab" to the command window, instead of opening the program it says "undefined function or variable". Why is this happening? I'm following all the tutorial steps.

I recommend adding EEGLAB via the Add On explorer. It will automatically add it to your path for you.
