how i can do a hierarchical clustering where all data are matrix? I give an example:
a= [1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1] b= [ 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1] c= [ 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1] d= [ 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1; 1 1 1 1]
how i can do a Hierarchical clustering and dendrogram that give me 4 nodes, where each node it's a matrix? (a,b,c,ecc)
